Here is a list of some volunteer opportunities…
- Fostering – give a temporary, loving home to an abandoned cat, an orphaned kitten or an abused dog or puppy until they find their forever home. Click here to find out more about fostering.
- Transporting – Take animals to and from vet appointments, to adoption events on weekends and help with operations (cages at Parma and Mayfield Hts. PetSmarts)
- Adopt-a-thons – Man our PAWS table and showcase our animals at local PetSmart stores once a month while introducing the public to our organization.
- Fundraising – Be a part of our fundraising team, selling sponsorships or gaining raffle items, for various events throughout the year.
- Helping at Events – There are three main events throughout the year that require numerous volunteers to run them….PAWS-4-A-Cause in May, The Reverse Raffle & Silent Auction in November and the Poker Run in August.
- Answering calls and emails
